These tuts were made by a famous person in the Flash community called Lee Brimelow. His explenations are very clear. These are all very easy to follow tutorials, but you have to already know the basics. If you follow these, you are def learning from one of the best.

Well due to my English background I have no real problems with most accents. The accents are what make the language great imo.
In Holland we have a lot of accents too. Even in our tiny country we sometimes have problems understanding each other. One of the provinces(Friesland) even has its own language :S.
